Annual Dues Information

MOCA dues are payable annually on January 1st each year.  Dues are very reasonable at $40 per household, although many neighbors graciously offer additional financial support.  We are thankful for the many neighbors who regularly and voluntarily contribute $100 or more annually!  Funds support a variety of initiatives in the neighborhood such as landscaping and beautification (i.e., esplanades and Yard of the Month), special events (e.g., National Night Out, Independence Day, Children's Halloween Party), communications and more.

We encourage you to take the time now to register on this website and pay your dues.  Once registration is approved (address verified), you will receive login credentials. Please login and complete your household information. You control the public display of what is reflected in the online directory.  

 

If you prefer, you may download the form here and mail your registration. The completed form can be mailed to MOCA at PO Box 55773, Houston, TX 77255.  

 

By registering, you open an opportunity for neighbors to help neighbors. Opening the lines of communication on such issues as problems with your home (e.g., COPS patrollers have been known to report open garage doors to residents) or reporting a lost/found pet.
