Deed Restrictions
There are eight distinct subdivisions in MOCA. Each subdivision consists of one or two streets. The subdivisions are roughly described as follows:
- Monarch Oaks Street - Monarch Oaks Subdivision
- Huge Oaks Street - Monarch Oaks Section 2 Subdivision
- Lynnview and Hillendahl Streets - Monarch Oaks Section 3 Subdivision
- Pine Chase and Glourie Streets - Glenmore Forest Subdivision
- Westwood Street (7900 block) - Westwood Oaks Subdivision
- Gingerleaf Street - Westwood Forest Subdivision
- Glenmore Forest Street - Glenmore Forest Annex Subdivision
- Waterbury Street - Danbury Place Subdivision
Each subdivision has its own set of deed restrictions. Most of the sets of deed restrictions are very similar; however, there are some that are unique. Amendments to the subdivision are as follows:
- Monarch Oaks Section 1 - First Amendment
- Monarch Oaks Section 1 - Second Amendment
- Monarch Oaks Section 2 - First Amendment
- Monarch Oaks Section 2 - Second Amendment
- Monarch Oaks Section 3
- Monarch Oaks Section 3 (Lynnview Manor)
