Welcome to the Monarch Oaks Civic Association website!  We hope you find this site as a useful tool to stay up to date on what is happening in our neighborhood and local community.  If you are new to our community or this website, please register yourself and your family.

MOCA uses this site as it's primary way to communicate with the membership.  When you register please make sure to put in at a very minimum your name and email address so that we may be able to communicate important neighborhood information to you and your family.   Our newsletter is distributed through our email database.  Keep in mind that it may take a couple of days to activate your account as we need to verify residency in the neighborhood before we accept your application.  We do this to protect the integrity of the neighborhood.
